Microsoft has successfully mitigated the Azure networking incident affecting services associated with the West US region. All CardExchange® Cloud Suite services have now been restored and are operating normally. Our engineering team has verified that Controller, Admin Center, and other web-based services are accessible and functioning as expected. We will continue to monitor the environment to ensure service stability.
