CardExchange® Bridge is designed for flexibility, ensuring you only pay for what you use. Our transaction-based model makes data management cost-effective and efficient, whether you are updating a few records or managing large-scale credential operations. Bridge processes transactions through direct database actions such as inserts and updates, along with webhooks for API-based integrations. We offer four data plans to match different levels of data volume, transaction needs, and system complexity.

STARTER

Organizations with max 500 records

To update data from external data sources or into external data sources, you need to have a Bridge subscription. This FREE plan is perfect for small organizations that need to manage external information and automate the synchronizations but mostly using CSV imports and small image files. The FREE plan supports maximum 1,000 transactions per month.

BASIC

Organizations with less than 10,000 records

he Bridge MEDIUM plan is the first plan that offers the choice of the amount of transactions needed. Having a small business with more source database and exporting to multiple backoffices like Access Control systems, this plan is a perfect and suitable plan.

PRO

Organizations with a lot of photos and and transactions

The Bridge BUSINESS plan is our most popular plan and suites medium to larger business that handle photos through our STAND application as well loading of ID documents.

POWER

The Bridge POWER plan basically provides unlimited access to and from our backoffice. Suites large organizations like Universities with more than 50,000 students.

Bridge Connect

Bridge Connect is a connector professional service which can be tailored for your organizations existing database(s) connectivity needs.

If you have an existing back office data source you need to synchronize data to and from, we off design and development services to build connectors that meet your needs.

Bridge API

Bridge API refers to a REST API that allows your existing systems to integrate and communicate directly with the CardExchange® Cloud applications.

The service includes access to the API, its documentation, and the professional API integration support. Bridge API is a part of our certified integration program.

Effortless Database Connectivity

CardExchange® Cloud Suite seamlessly connects with any database system in your organization, ensuring smooth data exchange between platforms. Whether you need to import credential data, update records, or report information back to connected systems, Bridge makes the process automated and efficient.

Incoming Connectors

The incoming connector can communicate directly with other systems using their API, preferably this would be a REST API made available by the system vendor. Incoming connectors can also communicate directly with a database hosted in the cloud, or local databases.

The incoming connector initiates the communication and reads from the source system, it then adds new insertions or updates from the data source to the records in Controller based on the business logic defined.

Outgoing Connectors

Our outgoing connectors are connections between the back end and external systems that send data to those systems in reaction on actions performed by the end user. Outgoing connectors should preferably use web hooks, these can be configured based on a change to the persons ID card status in Controller. This means that the webhook can be sent, for example, when a ID or card is activated or blocked. The connector can then send a request via the API to get the full data for that specific record or action which greatly reduces network traffic and offers a real-time experience.
