As in most situations, persons' databases are provided by external sources such as student registration or the HR system. These can be automatically imported via our powerful connectors or advanced CSV import. However, you would often need to edit their data with an updated one. Whether they change their address, phone numbers, or other information (you name it!), there is a possibility to change their profile information.

The CardExchange® Controller offers the functionality to manage these records by editing or even deleting them. In this article, you’ll learn how to edit information for each person's profile of your organization.

To start editing a person’s profile, hover to the person’s profile on the list until it is highlighted, and click on it to open the profile.

A new window will pop up with the person’s profile with all information from personal details to credentials. Click on “Edit” to make changes.

When clicking on “Edit”, a window appears which offers the different sections you can edit for the personal data, address data, and profile data. If no changes are going to be made on personal data, click on “Continue” to go to the next section. After the changes have been made, click on “Save & Close” to store and secure the information, and you are good to go!
