The photo approval process is used to determine if a person’s photo meets the requirements of an organizations Photo Policy. Using this feature, you can compare photos with either historical images that have been previously captured or comparing against an approved ID document. You can also review photos for image quality, or incorrect cropping.

CardExchange® Cloud offers you the ability to control each stage of the lifecycle of your credential. Easily add credentials to the CardExchange® Controller, approve for production, and approve for issuance. All the steps of your enrolment process are clearly defined and organised so you can focus on what is important. Once the card is received by the end user, the credential can be activated, and is ready for the end user to use.

CardExchange® Controller offers a range of reports that you can run to see data that meets certain conditions in your Cloud instance. For instance, you can run predefined reports to get a list of people without photos, people without cards, people without active cards, or get a list of all of the blocked cards. You can also set up custom reports to filter on your data and provide just the list of people you want to see.

In CardExchange® Admin Center you can configure how you want the CardExchange® Controller to operate. You can set your credentials to move through the stages of production automatically, and you can define thresholds to automatically approve or reject photos. Also, you can configure the different types of people in your organization by defining profiles for each type, like Student and Employee for instance.
