If you have not already installed TrustID, you can do so by downloading it here. Run the installer, and then open the software.
When you open the software for the first time, you will be asked to log in. You should log in to the software using the Your TrustID portal account that has the subscription assigned to it. If you did not assign the license to a different user, then you can use your account to log in. Fill in the email address and password for the account, then click on Next.
You will see all of the licenses that you have assigned to that user. Click on the one you want to activate, then click on the Activate and Launch button
After your license has been activated, you will be brought to the main window, and it will start the Create-a-Card Wizard.
